Sonam Choudhary
Sonam built the banking vertical at Loylty Rewardz, selling to and then delivering for one bank after another. She led Tata Motors into the South African market. She founded a healthtech venture and sold it. She holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, and the Aurora Tech Award named her one of the top thirty female AI founders worldwide.
At EigenSpark she works with the people who sign off: chief executives, boards, and the functional heads whose numbers the project will be judged on. Her rule for scoping is that if nobody inside the company owns the number a use case is meant to move, we do not start it.
Founder & Chief AI Officer
Bheeshma Tanna
Bheeshma designed and built the analytics platform behind one of India’s largest coalition loyalty programmes, and has led product and data engineering at Tata Teleservices and at several startups since. He has trained engineers, analysts and leaders in banking, steel and the public sector to use AI on their own work.
He is the architect on every system we ship, and he builds on the client’s own infrastructure from the first week, with their engineers in the room. A model that works on a clean extract still has to survive a core system built thirty years ago and a file whose format changes every month, and that is the part he designs for.
